    I would like to request that my son, Grade 3 # 42. Sera Jose, Mathew Joseph, of Lourdes School of Mandaluyong, whom I have already registered via the payment of the Php 4,200.00 registration fee via the Banco de Oro H.V. Dela Costa branch last August 26, 2015 at 10:08 AM, and subsequently accomplishing the registration form online in the early morning of August 27, 2015, that his training sessions be held at the CCF training facility, on it's schedule of every Saturday, from 9am-12nn, for the following reasons, as follows:
    1. CCF facility is more conducive to learning and a more acceptable training facility for our son, in our perspective.
    2. the CCF facility is more accessible and parking is more amenable to us in bringing our son to this facility
    3. The Saturday, 9am - 12nn schedule is a more acceptable schedule to our son as he also has a Saturday afternoon activity schedule that he would also need to attend to.
