Training Venue Guidelines

September 13, 2013

Here are some guidelines for the Saturday Mathematics Trainers’ Guild event. Kindly inform the Trainers and the Trainees of the following Training Venue Guidelines:

• For those who have vehicles that will be parked near the venue, please park in the designated parking areas:

·        Parking Area beside Tides 

  (Please see the yellow marker on the attached vicinity map).

·    Street parking across Robinson Circle Subdivision (Please see the yellow marker on the attached vicinity map).

• Walk towards Robinson Circle Subdivision through Gate 1 only.
• 
  
• The Trainers’ call time is 1:00PM.
• 
  
• Register the child/student outside the VCIS Admin Office. The No School ID, No Entry Policy will be strictly implemented.
• 
  
• Only school coordinators, MTG Trainers and Trainees will be allowed to enter the school premises.
• 
  
• Room Assignments are posted the Campus. Students must line up in front of the room assigned to them. Trainers will allow the Trainees to enter the rooms five (5) minutes before the start of the session.
• 
  
• During breaktime, students are allowed to stay at the Cafeteria and at the Laker’s Ground (tent area) only.
• 
  
• Since the campus is in a subdivision, please keep the noise level down.
• 
  
• Pick up will be allowed from 4:30PM to 5:00PM. For any special arrangements in fetching  the students, parents may inform the MTG Management in writing.
• 
  
• Do not leave your valuables unattended. VCIS will not be responsible for any lost items inside the campus.
• 
  
• The campus is equipped with CCTV cameras. Any misbehavior will be addressed accordingly.
• 
  
• Please refrain from eating inside the classrooms.
• 
  
• All damages to VCIS properties by Trainers and Trainees will be subject to charges.

To All MTG Trainees in VCIS Center:

Please be reminded of the following:

1.  The first session will be on Sept 14 from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.

2.  Wear your MTG Saturday training shirt last year with your school ID.  If you did not train last year or your shirt is not available, wear your school uniform. 

3. Only the trainees and the trainers will be allowed inside the school.  Chaperons may stay in the waiting area, across the street, opposite the school.

4. Bring the original deposit slip and reply slip.  Your trainer will collect them. 

5. Session 2 will be on October 5, 2013.
